Soul-Voice Meditation

The question for our soul-voice meditation for Stage Four is: if I release all of my egoic identities, what do I see or hear or feel from the presence of Love that finds me? You can meditate on this question in silence or using the guided audio meditation.

IN THIS SERMON

Stage Four is a pilgrimage.

Then there’s the inevitable pilgrimage that this new way of seeing demands, compels us to take. And this pilgrimage, this adventure inexorably forces us to unravel the old way of understanding ourselves and what’s possible. This pilgrimage tests us to see if we’re really ready to let go of how we used to operate in the world, of who we used to be. This is the fourth stage.

“And Paul lifted up his voice, saying… ‘In that one, humans have hope, who alone had compassion for a wandering world so that humanity might no longer be under judgment, but have trust and fear of God, and knowledge of dignity and a love of truth.” (The Acts of Paul and Thecla – Chapter 17, Verse 1-2)

“But in the night Thecla took off her bracelets and gave them to the gatekeeper, and the door was opened for her. She went into the prison and gave the jailer a silver mirror. She went in to Paul and sat at his feet, and she heard the great things of God. And Paul feared nothing having rights in the freedom of God, and Thecla strengthened her trust, kissing his chains.” (The Acts of Paul and Thecla – Chapter 18, Verse 1-2)
