The Gospel of Mary Magdalene was ordered to be destroyed in the 4th century. Why?

Mary’s gospel reveals a transformational power that exists within all of us, no matter who we are.

Mary's gospel, and other banned scripture like, The Acts of Paul and Thecla, challenged the patriarchal structure of the Roman Empire. These scriptures reveal a movement in the first centuries after Christ that refused to participate in a belief system that suggested anyone of us could be greater or less than the other.

And to find this transformational power, all we need to do is turn inward; to meditate, in the way Mary’s gospel directs. To acquire a form of spiritual perception, described as, “the eye of the heart.” This allows us to see past the ego of our own little lives to what's more real, and lasting, and infinite, and already here, within.

Through lecture, and lively discussion with Meggan Watterson, powerful inspiration from musician Jake Wesley Rogers, and practice of the soul-voice meditation with Traci Jackson, we’ll discover the secret teachings Christ gave to Mary, why she was uniquely meant to receive them, and why they’re so radical even for today.

We’ll return home with a personal experience of the love Mary's gospel reveals, a love that changes everything.

WHAT WE’LL REVEAL

The teachings in Mary’s gospel are powerfully made for these times. We’ll reveal together the secret teachings Christ gave to her, and we’ll practice a form of meditation that her gospel refers to as an inner spiritual vision, that allows us to know what’s real, and true for us.

We’ll reveal the history of the earliest form of Christianity, contextualizing the gospel of Mary Magdalene within the 1st century, and we’ll piece back together the bits the bible left out in excluding other sacred texts like the gospel of Philip, and the gospel of Thomas. 

And all throughout the weekend we’ll be practicing the soul-voice meditation so that we’ll not just acquire academic knowledge about Mary Magdalene but also, we’ll begin to integrate her teachings personally, from a direct experience with the form of love Mary knew by heart.

This is an opportunity to reassess and realign, to make certain that the choices we make from here on out are coming straight from the heart, from the soul of who we are.
